Last week at the NY State Fire Chiefs Association HOT extrication class we had a chance to use Milwaukee’s new M18 Fuel Band Saw.  It’s another good option for cutting metal, but not great on posts of a vehicle because its difficult to pull the band back through the cut.

Using it in other machinery or entrapment scenario may be beneficial when good control, few sparks, and solid battery power are needed.
