Monday night Rescue Squad 27 was put to the test with a serious motor vehicle accident involving a rental truck into a structure (the old Company 26’s Quarters which is now a tire shop). The driver was pinned and the crew had to remove the victim from the rear of the vehicle after gaining access through the cargo box. The extrication was completed in about 30 minutes and the frozen companies were able to pick up.
