We pinned a dummy arm in a bike wheel and chain for a little Saturday morning cut training. Remember victim stabilization (arm) and protection from sparks and the cutting wheel is needed (safety glasses, spatulas, etc). We used a pneumatic whizzer saw and 4 1/2″ cut-off grinder to make a quick extrication. We also did a little chisel work with panel cutter, flat, and moon bits.
