There are a lot of moving parts, belts, and chains that create potential for entrapment. Short video and a couple pictures below.

Here's a quick one on the importance of preplanning and getting out in your district. First, VCSing stands for Various Courses and Speeds. It might not be the politically correct definition, but if you don't get out in your district more often than not you will miss what's going on.

This past weekend a bunch of us raced in the Rev3 Triathlon in Sandusky, OH.

We did some training with the pickets on our rig the other day. Picket systems used for anchors are limited by the soil type you are dealing with.
