GloRun
This past weekend a bunch of us raced in the Rev3 Triathlon in Sandusky, OH. Friday night was the Glow Run where about a dozen local firefighters ran in turnout gear. On Saturday, a few firefighters participated in the sprint distance race. Sunday’s half and full ironman distance races took place with more team relays and a few firefighters racing on their own.
Sunday morning Lake Erie was rougher than the forecast called for. Imagine that. We swam in 3-5″ waves to start out the race. The bike course was dry and not overly hot, but just a little windy at times. The run course is mostly flat.
