What’s your plan for getting to a victim on the top of a car in flood waters?  Swift water operations?

Andrew Brassard sent over some pictures of his crew constructing a ladder draw bridge.  This is another option to use in some situations.  They used 24′ and 35′ extension ladders during the drill.

Lash the ladders together and prepare a lowering system.
